After many efforts of negotiation, realizing the potential of Phuoc Dong Industrial Park in terms of location, traffic, potential for developing wharf cluster in the near future, Tan Binh Vegetable Oil JSC (Nakydaco) has decided to sign a land lease contract with IMG Phuoc Dong JSC. This is a turning point, marking the long-term cooperation between the two companies. IMG Phuoc Dong JSC is committed to deploying a series of support services throughout the investment and operation process of the business, as well as professionalizing the operation for businesses to operate with peace of mind.

Before 1975, the predecessor of Tan Binh Oil was the South Asia Factory Oil Industry The company owned by Chinese people was established in 1971. Phuoc Dong Industrial Park & Port won the silver prize of the 2nd National Urban Planning Prize
The industrial park has a total area of ​​128.8 hectares. Main traffic system with 4 lanes, 22m wide, internal traffic system with 2 lanes, 14m wide, sidewalks, trees in the area. At Phuoc Dong Industrial Park, there are: land for rent, ready-built factories,  custom-built factories, warehouses. The terrain is suitable for both road and water traffic. By road, Provincial Road 826B passes through the project connecting with National Highway 50 connecting Ho Chi Minh City and Mekong Delta provinces, helping traffic from Ho Chi Minh City to the industrial park less than 1 hour. In terms of waterways, this area has a length of more than 3 km bordering the Vam Co river and a port in the future, which is expected to be able to receive ships up to 20,000 DWT. This is a transshipment port to dynamic western economic regions.
