Signing ceremony of agreement and land lease contract between IMG Phuoc Dong Joint Stock Company and T&T Traffic Construction Company

Today, March 21, 2022 (For February 19, 2022 Lunar Calendar), at Phuoc Dong Industrial Park & Port solemnly held the signing ceremony of agreement & land lease contract between IMG Phuoc Dong Joint Stock Company and T&T Traffic Construction Company. The signing ceremony of the agreement has a very important meaning, marking the long-term cooperation between the two businesses. The successful signing ceremony is a premise for the development of the two businesses in the first months of the New Year of the Tiger 2022.
The ceremony was attended by the Board of Directors and staff of departments of T&T Traffic Construction Company and IMG Phuoc Dong Joint Stock Company. On the side of T&T Traffic Construction Company, representatives: Mr. Dang Quoc Tuan - Chairman of the Members' Council, Mr. Nguyen Cong Binh - Director, Mr. Tran Tan Lai - Assistant and representatives of departments. On the side of IMG Phuoc Dong Joint Stock Company (IPD) with the participation of Mr. Ho Van Tri - Acting General Director of IPD, Mr. Quach Dinh Tuan - IMG Sales Department and staff of Sales, Marketing and Administration Departments IPD personnel. After many negotiation efforts, realizing the potential of Phuoc Dong Wharf Industrial Park in terms of location, traffic, and potential for developing the wharf cluster in the near future, T&T Phat Traffic Construction Company decided to intend to sign agreement & land lease contract with IMG Phuoc Dong Joint Stock Company. This is a turning point, marking the long-term cooperation between the two companies. In terms of waterways, this area has a length of more than 3 km bordering the Vam Co river and a wharf in the future, which is expected to be able to receive ships up to 20,000 DWT. This is a transshipment port to dynamic western economic regions.
