Following the restructuring project of Deloitte, on June 6, 2019, IMG Company and its entities had a useful lesson regarding KPIs (key performance indicators) and BSCs (balance scorecards). BSCs are also known as Balance scorecards. This is considered a useful tool for planning and strategy for the company. Going along with BSCs is KPIs which is known as Key performance indicators. KPIs are a measure of job performance expressed in data, ratios and quantitative indicators, in order to reflect the performance of organizations or functional divisions or individuals. BSCs covers 4 aspects: finance, customers, internal processes, and people & training development. Balancing these four elements in company strategies will help business grow balanced and sustainable. In particular, KPIs are applied to help manage the work system of each individual and enity more closely and effectively. These two tools always go together to ensure the strategy of the Board of Directors is effectively implemented through all staff levels.

The purpose of this session is to help each individual in the company, including all employers understand the importance of implementation and the method which can help to achieve the optimal effectiveness of company strategies. Following this session, Deloitte will work directly with each employee and IMG department to ensure the strategic orientation and KPIs are able to perform and achieve good results.
