Phuoc Dong Industrial Park held the signing ceremony of land retention agreement - Vinh Phat Furniture Co., Ltd

On February 22, 2022, at Phuoc Dong Industrial Park & Port solemnly held the signing ceremony of land retention agreement between IMG Phuoc Dong Joint Stock Company and Vinh Phat Furniture Co., Ltd. The Agreement Signing Ceremony is very important, this is the first step in the long-term cooperation of the two businesses. The successful ceremony is a premise for the development of Phuoc Dong Industrial Park in the New Year of the Tiger 2022.
The ceremony was attended by the Board of Directors and staff of the departments of Vinh Phat Furniture Co., Ltd and IMG Phuoc Dong Joint Stock Company. On behalf of Vinh Phat Furniture Limited, representatives: Mr. Nguyen Hai Thanh Binh - Director, Ms. Tran Thanh Mai - Deputy Director and representatives of departments. On the side of IMG Phuoc Dong Joint Stock Company (IPD) with the attendance of Mr. Ho Van Tri - Acting General Director of IPD; Mr. Pham Ngoc Minh Duc - Deputy General Director of Sales IMG; Mr. Le Ngoc Hung - Deputy General Director of Sales IPD; with staff of sales and marketing department IPD. After many negotiation efforts, realizing the potential of Phuoc Dong Wharf Industrial Park in terms of location, traffic, development potential, and port in the near future, Vinh Phat Furniture Co., Ltd. decided to sign a contract land holding agreement. This is a turning point, marking the long-term cooperation between the two companies. In addition to the land handover signing ceremony, IMG Phuoc Dong Joint Stock Company is committed to deploying a series of support services throughout the investment and operation process of the business, as well as to professionalize the operation so that the secure business operations.
Vinh Phat Furniture Co., Ltd with nearly 10 years of experience in the furniture manufacturing industry. In 2014 as a small workshop specializing in the production of loose furniture for apartments, houses and villas. During the past years, Vinh Phat Furniture Co., Ltd. has affirmed the Vinh Phat Furniture brand, built a professional team, and is a strong brand in exporting furniture. Furniture products of Vinh Phat Company are always meticulously cared for in every detail, trying their best to satisfy customers. The company constantly develops new products based on customer feedback and works with customers to create better designs that express their personality and lifestyle through furniture. Phuoc Dong Industrial Park & Port has a total area of 128.8 hectares. Main traffic system with 4 lanes, 22m wide, internal traffic system with 2 lanes, 14m wide, sidewalks, trees in the area. At Phuoc Dong Industrial Park, there are: land for rent, ready-built factories, custom-built factories, warehouses. The terrain is suitable for both road and waterway traffic. By road, Provincial Road 826B passes through the project connecting with National Highway 50 connecting Ho Chi Minh City and Mekong Delta provinces, helping traffic from Ho Chi Minh City to the industrial park less than 1 hour. In terms of waterways, this area has a length of more than 3 km bordering the Vam Co river and a wharf in the future, which is expected to be able to receive ships up to 20,000 DWT. This is a transshipment port to dynamic western economic regions.
