To confirm the position of the brand, expand, develop and enhance the products and services to be approved by the Department of Planning & Investment of Ho Chi Minh City, the company shares ACC Thang Long would like to announce the change of company information to customers and your partners are as follows:

Article 1. Change company information with the following contents:

Article 2. Since the day 21/10/2020 MHL Investment Joint Stock Company official use company name according to the information that was modified. The old information about the company name no longer has legal validity from the date of 21/10/2020. All forms use the old name of the company to represent our company in transaction and relationships with customers are forged and contrary to law.

Article 3. Since the day 21/10/2020, we suggest You company when making transactions, issuing invoices for payment for company we should use according to the information that was modified.

Article 4. The change of company name this does not affect the trading relations obligations economic as well as the implementation of the contracts signed before. In case of need, your company can make additions to the annex on economic contracts under this new name.
