Specifically, at the Conference, the provincial delegates witnessed the signing ceremony of a memorandum of understanding on investment promotion cooperation between Long An province and VBAA and 2 memorandums of understanding on signing a strategic partnership contract on planning - architecture and technology consultancy for the Phuoc Dong Smart Urban Area project, scale of 190 hectares, Phuoc Dong commune, Can Duoc district, Long An province and the Phuoc Dong Industrial Park project, scale of 465 hectares between IMG Phuoc Dong Joint Stock Company and Elenberg Fraser Australia Company.

It is known that IMG Phuoc Dong Joint Stock Company was established in December 2007 with a charter capital of VND 475.6 billion to implement the 128.8-hectare Phuoc Dong Port Industrial Park project in Phuoc Dong Commune, Can Duoc District, Long An Province. Currently, IMG Phuoc Dong is under the control of the parent company - IMG Joint Stock Company, chaired by Mr. Le Tu Minh. Accordingly, IMG Phuoc Dong is the first company to mark Mr. Minh's participation in the industrial park real estate sector.

Mr.  Lê Tự Minh was introduced as a teacher at the Air Defense Artillery Officer School, now the Air Defense - Air Force Academy from 1983 to 1987. After studying abroad in Russia, he returned to Vietnam to do business in 1996 with the first company established operating in the taxi business.

After trying his hand in the field of residential real estate and hotel management, he continued to try his hand in the industrial park real estate sector by establishing IMG Phuoc Dong Joint Stock Company in 2007. At the same time, he also established the parent company IMG Joint Stock Company to manage, finance and operate the subsidiaries in the real estate business sector.

From 2007 to present, Mr. Minh has continuously established subsidiaries to implement real estate projects, some typical projects include An Huu City Urban Area (33 hectares) in Hue; Artemis 1 mixed-use building in Hanoi; High-rise apartment building at 448 Nguyen Tat Thanh, District 4, Ho Chi Minh City; Athena office building at 146-148 Cong Hoa, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City, Hoan My Hue Hospital, Petro Quang Ngai residential area...

In 2021, Mr. Minh's ecosystem put into operation Phuoc Dong Port Industrial Park and broke ground on the An Cuu City project phase 2 in Hue. Notably, through AIMG JSC, IMG is implementing the Melbourne 300 City Road Luxury Apartment Project, Southbank, Australia. In the period 2017 - 2025, AIMG is responsible for purchasing land and constructing the project.

At the conference, a representative of Long An province said that currently in the province, there are 11 projects of Australian investors with a total investment capital of more than 75 million USD, focusing on the following areas: Construction of industrial cluster infrastructure; Design, production and processing of garments for export; Food production; Preliminary processing and packaging of frozen meat; Storage and preservation of goods in cold storage; Processing and preservation of meat and meat products.
