IMG Phuoc Dong: Moving Toward an International-Standard Sustainable Industrial Park

As global enterprises increasingly prioritize supply chain transparency, environmental governance, labor standards, and due-diligence mechanisms, IMG Phuoc Dong recognizes RBC as an opportunity to:

Companies such as Nedspice, AirX Carbon, and Koltiva shared how they:

• Assess supply chain risks

• Monitor suppliers

• Ensure environmental and labor compliance

• Improve traceability

These models can be applied by IMG Phuoc Dong to develop a supply chain data center and support FDI manufacturers operating in the park.

2. Readiness of Vietnamese SMEs in the “Ready-to-Export” (R2E) Program

Insights from Vietnamese enterprises in the R2E program helped IMG Phuoc Dong identify common challenges faced by SMEs leasing factories, such as:

• Lack of internal assessment processes

• Limited environmental standard compliance

• Enhance FDI attractiveness in Tay Ninh and the Southwestern region
