The opening event of Sales Gallery is a testament to the commitment of the Investor IMG Hue in bringing a sophisticated living experience space to customers with multi-functional Shophouse design in Hue.

Sales Gallery is located right on the frontage of Vo Nguyen Giap Avenue, An Cuu New Urban Area, An Dong Ward, Hue City, opposite AEON Mall Hue Commercial Center. With a multi-functional 5-storey design including: the 1st and 2nd floors are common spaces for receiving guests and introducing the project, the 3rd, 4th, and 5th floors are interior spaces optimized to every touch point to help customers experience all the sophistication and class in the design of the Shophouse.
The design focuses on the living experience with open space to help connect the family. The highlight of the three-storey living space focuses on bright, dark colors to create warmth and relaxation, not too ostentatious interior but still maintaining luxury and sophistication.
According to IMG Hue, the opening of the Sales Gallery is an important stepping stone in the plan to hand over the first Shophouse products to customers at the end of the fourth quarter of 2024 and the first quarter of 2025. Along with that, IMG Hue opens the second phase of the completed Shophouses with an area of 93 - 102m2 with many unprecedented attractive incentive policies.
Launch of An Cuu Galleria brand
Also in this special event, IMG Hue announced the An Cuu Galleria brand with the mission of creating a symbol of prosperous trade that keeps pace with the constant development trend of Hue City. An Cuu Galleria will be the destination for "All in one" cultural - shopping - entertainment - culinary experiences serving the community of more than 2,000 residents of An Cuu New Urban Area, for Hue people and tourists from all over when coming to Hue.
Mr. Pham Ngoc Tung - representative of IMG Hue shared: today's event is an important milestone marking the realization of IMG Hue's vision in the next 5 years, committing to invest and develop An Cuu New Urban Area to become a worthy model urban area, developing in parallel with the potential city of Hue.
At the announcement ceremony, IMG Hue introduced its strategic partner Savills Vietnam as a consultant for commercial space allocation and leasing marketing at An Cuu Galleria. Ms. Trinh Huynh Mai - Deputy Director of Commercial Leasing Department of Savills Vietnam said: Savills Vietnam is honored to be selected by IMG Hue to become a strategic partner for marketing & leasing consultancy at An Cuu Galleria. With experience, reputation and diverse customer base, taking advantage of the available "huge" traffic from Aeon Mall Hue, Savills is completely confident that it will fill up the Shophouse commercial space in the near future, helping customers feel confident in the investment value at An Cuu Galleria.
The brand launch event with special programs attracted many customers to visit and seek Shophouse investment opportunities.
