Groundbreaking Ceremony of Factory Lot B2.2 at Phuoc Dong Port Industrial Park

On August 16, 2022, at Phuoc Dong Port Industrial Park and ATAD Steel Structure Joint Stock Company (ATAD) held the Groundbreaking Ceremony of Factory Lot B2.2.
The groundbreaking ceremony of the Factory Lot B2.2 project at Phuoc Dong Port Industrial Park, invested by IMG Phuoc Dong Joint Stock Company, took place on the morning of August 16, 2022 at Hamlet 5, Provincial Road 826B, Phuoc Dong Commune, Can Duoc District, Long An Province. During this construction process, ATAD Steel Structure Joint Stock Company will accompany the project.
A brief introduction to ATAD Steel Structure Joint Stock Company (ATAD)
ATAD provides customers with a complete solution including consulting, design, production, and installation of high-quality pre-engineered steel buildings and steel structures. ATAD offers customers a wide range of choices including: factories, warehouses, high-rise buildings, heavy industrial projects, commercial centers, exhibition centers, transportation infrastructure (stations, airports, etc.). Since its establishment in 2004, we have completed more than 3,500 projects in more than 40 countries and territories with a network of representative offices in: Myanmar, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Cambodia, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Uganda. ATAD currently has more than 2,200 professionally trained employees, a quality management system of ISO 9001:2015; ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and 2 modern factories with a total area of 211,000 m2. These two factories are among the largest and most modern steel structure production lines in the world. In particular, ATAD Dong Nai factory, Vietnam is the first steel structure factory in Asia to achieve LEED Gold standard and the first factory office in Vietnam to achieve LEED Platinum.
About Phuoc Dong Port Industrial Park
Phuoc Dong Port Industrial Park has a total area of 128.8 hectares. The main traffic system has 4 lanes, 22m wide, the internal traffic system has 2 lanes, 14m wide, sidewalks, trees in the area. Phuoc Dong Industrial Park includes: land for lease, ready-built factories, built-to-order factories, warehouses. The terrain is suitable for both road and waterway traffic. By road, Provincial Road 826B passes through the project connecting with National Highway 50 connecting Ho Chi Minh City and the Mekong Delta provinces, helping traffic from Ho Chi Minh City to the industrial park in less than 1 hour. In terms of waterways, this area has a length of more than 3 km adjacent to the Vam Co River and a future wharf, expected to ensure receiving ships up to 20,000 DWT. This is a transit port to the dynamic economic regions of the West. Phuoc Dong Port Industrial Park is always committed to bringing customers the best quality of service, ensuring quality, serving all customer needs. Flexible factory area from 800m2 - 19,200m2.
