Commencement of construction of the rough part of the Commercial Housing Area - Shophouse in An Cuu New Urban Area - Hue City
The An Cuu New Urban Area Project is a key project of Thua Thien Hue province, deployed on an area of 33 hectares. The project includes high-rise apartment buildings, townhouses, villas, Shophouse commercial housing areas, entertainment areas, etc.
The groundbreaking ceremony was held with the participation of leaders and staff of the Investor IMG Hue Investment Joint Stock Company, Viettel Thua Thien Hue Construction Branch, the Supervision Consultant and guests.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Hong Phuc, Director of IMG Hue, expressed his thanks to Viettel Thua Thien Hue Construction Joint Stock Company for cooperating and accompanying IMG Hue Investment Joint Stock Company in implementing the project and directed the Project Management Board, Consultant, and contractors to coordinate closely with each other to bring the construction package of the rough part of the Commercial housing area - shophouse to the finish line on schedule, with quality, safety and efficiency.

Previously, on the afternoon of November 3, 2023, on the 8th floor of Viettel building, the contract signing ceremony for the construction of the rough part of the Commercial housing area - Shophouse of the An Cuu New Urban Area project - Hue City took place between the investor IMG Hue and Viettel Construction Thua Thien Hue.
This is a testament to the good cooperation between IMG and Viettel Construction, opening a new chapter for Thua Thien Hue real estate, as well as contributing to creating a civilized, friendly and modern appearance of Hue city in the process of building Thua Thien Hue Province into a centrally-run city.
