AWARDING THE CERTIFICATE OF ELIGIBILITY TO ATTRACT SECONDARY INVESTORS
The Head of the Management Board of Long An Economic Zone and representatives of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Department of Construction, Department of Transport, People's Committee of Can Duoc District found that the Industrial park infrastructure was completed in accordance with the construction permit and direction of the Provincial People's Committee in Dispatch No. 7275/PPC-KT on December 24, 2019 and agreed to allow the reception of second-class investors into IMG Phuoc Dong Industrial Park & Port. The event marked the hard work of IMG Phuoc Dong's staff. With the aim of building Phuoc Dong Industrial Park & Port to become a new industrial park, towards green and sustainable development, the Industrial park after completion will attract investors to contribute to the socio-economic development of Long An province.
At IMG Phuoc Dong Industrial Park & Port, the clearance work has reached 100%, complete construction of wastewater treatment plant, technical infrastructure, traffic, operator, fence, full power connection in accordance with the construction permit has been granted and meet the standard of receiving the second-class investor. The Industrial park has full legal dossiers and land use right certificates for each location. This is extremely beneficial for second-class investors receiving funding from trategic partners, Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (ACB).
